- Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, organized, and clean, reflecting our store’s high standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in locating products and answering questions.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize losses.
- Rotate products according to expiration dates and company guidelines to ensure freshness and quality.
- Assist in receiving and unloading new shipments, verifying products against invoices and storing inventory appropriately.
- Follow all store policies and procedures for safety and cleanliness to create a safe shopping environment for everyone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and maintain efficient store operations.
- Participate in setting up promotional displays and store merchandising to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate team member.
- Be proactive in identifying potential hazards on the shop floor and taking immediate action to prevent accidents.
Requirements:
- No prior education or experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks with precision.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work as part of a team.
